Personalized Medication Management Solutions in Montana
Medication Management at Sub Rosa Therapy
We understand that seeking medication management can feel overwhelming. You may be uncertain about where to turn for help or wonder if medication is the right option for you. Perhaps you’ve tried to manage your struggles alone, explored different treatments without relief, or simply don’t feel like yourself and long to regain a sense of balance.
While the nCenter does not provide medication management services directly, we collaborate closely with our sister company, Sub Rosa Therapy, to ensure that our clients have access to comprehensive and integrated care. This partnership allows clients to receive both therapeutic support and, when appropriate, medication guidance—all within a cohesive care plan.
Why Seek Psychiatric Care?
There are many reasons someone might consider psychiatric care, including:
Depression, anxiety, or sleep disturbances
Hormonal imbalances
ADHD (ADD) or difficulty with focus
Symptoms that interfere with daily life
If you’ve tried managing symptoms on your own but haven’t found success—or if you’re simply unsure of what’s wrong but feel that something isn’t right—medication management may offer the support you need.
Many individuals who were uncertain about medication found clarity and relief through working with Sub Rosa Therapy and the support of therapists at the nCenter.
The Medication Management Process at Sub Rosa Therapy
Comprehensive Assessment
Your care begins with a thorough evaluation by our Physician Assistant, Alison Hall, PA, who will:
Assess your symptoms and medical history
Review current and past medications
Conduct a review of your medical records
Clearly explain your options and help determine if medication is right for you
If necessary, a diagnosis will be made and treatment options will be discussed. For clients who are unsure of their diagnosis, we also offer psychological assessments through our clinical psychologist, Jackie Stanley, at the nCenter.
Treatment Plan & Monitoring
Once medication is considered:
You’ll discuss your treatment goals with Alison
She’ll review possible medications, expected outcomes, and potential side effects
If medication is prescribed, Alison will monitor your progress, adjusting dosage or medication as needed
Regular follow-ups will ensure continued effectiveness and address any concerns
If side effects occur, strategies will be provided to manage them
Whole-Person Support Through Collaborative Care
Medication management is most effective when combined with other supportive services. Through the collaboration between Sub Rosa Therapy and the nCenter, clients may benefit from:
Ongoing therapy with licensed counselors
Neurofeedback or neurostimulation to support brain function
Nutritional support to enhance overall wellness
Psychological testing to clarify diagnoses
