Family Nurse Practitioner
Opening at the nCenter, Great Falls May 17, 2026 with Dr. Adria Strable, DNP, FNP, CNE.
Hi! I am Dr. Adria Strable, a PhD Family Nurse Practitioner, educator, and lifelong Montanan with a passion for helping people heal, grow, and thrive. I teach at Montana State University’s Mark & Robyn Jones College of Nursing in Great Falls where I love mentoring future nurses. I am also the Primary Care Provider at Great Falls Health and Wellness.
At Great Falls Health and Wellness, we focus on holistic and metabolic health, women’s wellness, and whole-person care. I believe deeply in meeting people where they are and empowering them with the tools, education, and encouragement they need to transform their health. Because of these values, I am joining with the nCenter, LLC in Bozeman and Kalispell to offer in Great Falls the cutting edge technologies of the Quantitative Electroencephalography (qEEG) brain map and neurofeedback. I am committed to this partnership and the healing it can bring to my patients.
My goals reflect a lifelong dedication to promoting a vision of healthcare that is compassionate, innovative, and rooted in human connection. I believe that opening the nCenter Great Falls will be transformative for my patients.
I love my work, and I am committed to helping others in my communities. I also am committed to living life to the fullest, which for me includes living a life of service. Introducing the nCenter Great Falls will contribute to the values that I hold dear.
I believe health starts at home and I am blessed with an amazing husband, Greg, and five incredible kids who inspire everything I do and move our family and consequently others toward health. My family is my why — and the heart behind my work, my faith, and my leadership.
