Dr. Adria Strable is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in primary care, health education, weight management, and integrative wellness. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from University of Cincinnati and also holds dual bachelor’s degrees in nursing and business from Montana State University. With a passion for both evidence-based medicine and holistic health, Dr. Strable provides a comprehensive approach to patient care that emphasizes prevention, lifestyle balance, and long-term wellness.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Strable serves as a nursing educator at Montana State University, where she helps train the next generation of nurses in ethics, professionalism, and patient-centered care. She is certified by the John Maxwell Leadership Team and brings her background in teaching, leadership, and global health into her daily work with patients.

Originally from Montana, Dr. Strable has lived here all her life and values the connection between health, family, and community. She enjoys quilting, baking, and spending time outdoors with her loved ones. Her extensive travels to Europe, Asia, and Central America have also shaped her belief in the importance of cultural understanding in healthcare and access for all.

Dr. Strable is committed to walking alongside her patients on their health journeys—whether through primary care, weight management, laser therapy, mental health support, or wellness coaching—empowering them with the tools and support they need to thrive.
